Create ACC issues from Bluebeam markups

While the configuration is running, the Markups table lists tracked Bluebeam markups. Choose automatic creation or review the Bluebeam markups and create ACC issues manually.

Creation option How to use it
Automatic Turn on Auto-create issues. The app creates ACC issues as it tracks Bluebeam markups. Turning it off keeps monitoring active and leaves creation under your control.
One Bluebeam markup Click Create issue in that row’s ACC ISSUE column.
Selected Bluebeam markups Select rows using the checkboxes, then click Create selected issues (N). The count shows the selection. Use Clear selection to remove the selection.
All pending Bluebeam markups With no rows selected, click Create all issues (N). This creates ACC issues for tracked Bluebeam markups that have not yet been converted.

Column Meaning
Subject and Type The Bluebeam markup subject and type. They can differ: for example, subject Ellipse with type Circle.
Page The PDF page containing the Bluebeam markup.
Comment The comment attached to the Bluebeam markup, when present.
Author and Date The Bluebeam markup author and displayed timestamp.
Status The Bluebeam markup’s review status.
ACC ISSUE The linked ACC issue number and status, or Create issue while awaiting creation.

All columns up to Date describe the Bluebeam markup. ACC ISSUE describes its linked ACC issue. A Bluebeam status of None does not mean that an ACC issue has not been created.

View the created ACC issue

Each ACC issue includes its number and title, any Bluebeam markup comment, a thumbnail image, and the mapped Revit sheet and pushpin location. In the Autodesk Forma web project, open Issues and select the issue to review its details. The same ACC issue record is available in Revit as described next.
