Choose locations and browse files
Open DiBlueConnector > File Transfers. The two panels are independent: select an environment and location in each, then transfer from the panel containing the source files. The arrow on Transfer Files points towards the destination.
Tip: Transfers also work within the same environment, including ACC to ACC and Bluebeam to Bluebeam. Choose the required source and destination locations separately.
Choose a location in each panel
| Environment | Selection sequence |
|---|---|
| Autodesk Forma | Data Source: Autodesk Construction Cloud > Service: Docs, Sheets or Submittals > Hubs > Projects. |
| Bluebeam Studio | Data Source: Bluebeam Studio (region) > Service: Studio Projects or Studio Sessions > the required Project or Session. |
Use Change to choose another location. Open folders in the file list, or use the folder path above the list to go back to a parent folder. Use Refresh to reload the current location.
Browse Autodesk Forma data
| Service | What the list shows |
|---|---|
| Docs | PDF file name, Version with its date, and Last Updated with the date and person who updated it. Select the version you want to transfer from the dropdown. |
| Sheets | Sheet number, title, collection or version-set information, and date. Use the filter to narrow the sheet list. |
| Submittals | Submittal number, title and specification section. Open a submittal to find its PDF attachments under References or a workflow stage. |
Bluebeam lists the documents in the selected Studio Project folder or Session.
Filter Autodesk Forma sheets
Use the filter to find the sheets you need. It applies to Sheets only, not Docs or Submittals.
1. In the Sheets panel, click the filter icon.
2. Choose Collections, Version set and/or Tags. Selecting a collection limits both the sheets and the available version sets.
3. Click Apply. The filter icon indicates how many filter parameters are applied. Use Reset to clear the filters.
