Troubleshooting and help
| If you see this | What to check |
|---|---|
| An environment is unavailable | Open Connections and sign in to the required environment. For Bluebeam, choose the region where the Project or Session is stored. |
| An ACC hub or project is missing | Check the connected account, selected hub and project access. Ask the hub administrator to verify that the DiRoots APS integration is active and has the required access. |
| A Bluebeam Project or Session is missing | Check the Studio region, account permissions and selected service. Refresh the available data and select the location again. |
| Transfer Files is inactive | Select source PDFs and open the destination in the opposite panel. The count on each transfer button belongs to that panel’s selection. |
| A Sheets version set is unavailable | Check the selected collection. An existing collection uses one of its associated version sets; Ungrouped also permits creating a new version set. |
| A submittal will not receive a PDF | Open the intended submittal in the destination panel. Complete the response required for its current review stage and submit the PDF with the response comment. |
| A configuration needs setup | Open it, select the Bluebeam Session PDF and ACC target, review the page mappings and save the setup before start watching. |
| Tracking stops after a reload | Closing or reloading the browser tab stops all configurations. Reopen the saved configurations and start those you need. |
| Bluebeam markups have no ACC issues | Check that monitoring is running. Create ACC issues manually or enable Auto-create issues. Review Live Activity for the current configuration. |
| An ACC issue points to the wrong sheet | Stop watching while you check the target Revit document and PDF page mapping. Review any automatic matches and check existing ACC issues before continuing. |
| An ACC issue or pin is missing in Revit | Open the cloud model selected in the configuration. Check account access, issue filters and Display pushpins, then click Refresh. For 2D limitations, see the Revit workflow guidance. |
| An ACC issue status change is not reflected in Bluebeam | Sync status to Bluebeam Coming soon will map ACC issue status changes in Autodesk Forma or Revit to their linked Bluebeam markup review statuses. |
